Recommended Myrtle Beach resort?
My family and I are going on vacation in August to Myrtle Beach. I have a large family so we want to rent a house/resort of some sort. It definitely has to be oceanfront. Any places of recommendations?

The best way to find out about houses is to look at sites from real estate companies that rent by the week.
We rent from:

These are located in North Myrtle, a very nice area for families and probably the best chance of finding ocean front homes. Right now they are offering some summer deals, but you still may not have a great selection as the ocean front rentals are usually rented by now.
You could also try searching "for rent by owner" sites.

When my group had a convention down there, they stayed at the Hyde Park villas at Hilton Kingston Plantation.
Be sure to visit T.I.G.E.R.S. while you are down there.
