Hey what do you think about this poem 10 pts best answer?its short?

i thought a tree could spread its wings

and maybe help me fly

i thought the rain could drown my pain

and help me say goodbye

i thought the thunder was a sound of hope

cause maybe id get by

then i heard the sound of thunder breaking my tree

the sound of rain breaking my pain

my hope my rain

no flying away for me

no thunder that could set me free

no more pensive memory's

no more hope for me

no more thoughts for me

im done and i don't believe.

is this poem good enough to read in class????????

Update:

ohh i ment to say

no more flying away from me

no more thunder that can set me free

it's an excellent poem but the words get a little jumbled and it seems a bit confusing. it's a great poem though really. if you get the words straightened out it would be super awesome. work on it then i'll be happy to look at it again and tell you what i think. however not that much needs changing. Good Luck and i'll be watching. lol

I like it. I think it's very heartfelt, and definitely good enough to read in class. Change "memory's" to "memories" and you're good to go. And fix your capitalization and punctuation.

i give it 9/10 its good. it has feeling of pain and hope two things that make great poems.
