ViewpointService.exe not allowing me to run my Windows XP. Multiple answers please?

I turn on my computer, and the pop-up box with the title "ViewpointService.exe" appears.

In the box it says "Exception breakpoint has been reached. Error...(don't remember)... Click OK to terminate." And I can either choose Cancel or Ok.

After about one minute the computer will AUTO restart and do it all over again. ***I can't access the internet, desktop icons, or the start menu.***

All I can get to is the Task Manager and the program (ViewpointService.exe) cannot be closed even with the End Process button. HELP PLEASE!!

Update:

WOO! Okay I got it into Safe Mode, but the removing thing didn't work :( I can't open some of the things with the Run option :P.

Any other ideas on how to get ride of it once I'm in safe mode? Open a virus scanning prog maybe...?

Google isn't helping much atm!

    First boot into safe mode.

    Here is how.

If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power

Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.

Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.

Ensure that the Safe mode option is selected.

Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

Once you are in safe mode go to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic120989...

There is a full explanation there and instructions on removing it from your computer.
