It's very obvious that most liberals have no idea what Rush believes?

And notice, the first Liberal who answered you did not answer you. None of them will. I guarantee it.

And even though I don't listen to Rush Limbaugh, I can tell you why they say that about him. It's because what else can they say? They know nothing about him or his beliefs. He's old. He's white. Why, he must be a bigoted racist! Not only that, but the Obama camp has already stated that Rush is the enemy so it really doesn't matter what he says or believes. They will attack him with the single-minded fury of the entire henhouse pecking the lone wounded hen to death. Why? Because that is what they do. They are like trained dogs. He whistles, they attack.

Period.

The other truth is that people are just too goddamn sensitive in this country. Political correction is waaaay out of control.

I am a Liberal and I know that Rush Limbaugh was once a well respected self-made student of William F. Buckley and caught Bukley's erudite eye.

Fundamentally, Limbaugh had good pedigree among Conservative Scholars.

There is a difference Conservatism and the Republican Party however. Rush is a reactionary force for the Republican grass roots.

A scholar would review the record of the candidate and not the person through soundbytes. Rush is not a scholar any more and Mr. Buckley would be disappointed.

Rush is just as bad as Lou Dobbs, Glen Beck and Bill O. They probably belong to the same cult.....LOL!

Limbaugh has been called on his racism many times. And yes, he does have 20 million people listening a day -- for an average of 14 minutes. He's really only got about 3 million listening for the full 3 hours. Who can stand that racist drug-addicted hypocrite for 3 hours straight?

my husband and I love rush. And I am sure we do not fit the normal listeners persona. We lived 7 years in public housing. We were a teen pregnancy.( we raised and are raising our child on our own) We have lived beside the people who will not get up and do anything about their situation as we struggled and struggled to stand on our own two feet. We finally got out of public housing and off the system ON OUR OWN. And NO I do not feel sorry for these lazy people stealing my hard earned tax dollars. White and black people alike. It is insanity that we should support those that do not want to support their-selves. I have never heard a racist remark from rush. Just honesty of how the world really works. For those that have never really lived in it. I know this was a little off the subject but I am really growing tied of this crap. What ever happened to Being an American? I mean it You have all become a bunch of spoiled cry babies.. GROW UP!! And quit yelling racism every time you disagree with someone. Be articulate and fight back with a real debate of the issues at hand. whether that hand is white, black. yellow or silver. My God!

Well, I'm 19 years old. I had a sociology teacher last year and she stated that studies have found 18-25 year olds most worried about life-- that many of them think they'll die young. I had relatives in Russia and they were murdered by the Stalinist regime. Limbaugh may or may not understand these things when he's preforming on stage.

Your right. This whole Obama thing was masterminded by the elite to promote Obama as God=like. This is exactly how they make Hollywood stars. All of Hollywood, the writers and media are unionized. Obama wants a one party system and he is exhibiting fascist tendencies (Gov't run unionized businesses, Big brother)

This may shock you but many people have seen and heard just enough of Rush to know he is an absolute liar and therefore they stop listening to him.

Please get your facts straight. According to arbitron, the offical ratings service of radio, rush has TWO million daily listeners. It just so happens that there are 200 million adults so 1% of adults listen to rush. And it just so happens that there are 2 million right wing psychos. Coincidence?
