Anything is possible, but should you is the better question. No, there are essential minerals and oils that you most likely will not get from drinking just smoothies. You'll also miss out on a few omega 3 fatty acids, amino acids, and some vitamins. To fulfill all of the dietary needs you would be then using supplements, and your body will not use them as efficiently and completely as if you got them from real food.

Sure why not. Your question is general enough that you can put pretty much in there and fruits have plenty of protein anyway. If you find them lacking you can add some nuts or a supplement powder.
Also in response to the other posters, you can put veggies in a smoothie, and fruits have carbs so your brain wont starve i promise.

As lengthy as you get a type of end result and vegetables, sure, it's viable to reside and be healthful on an eighty% smoothie nutrition. You'd be a juicearian if you made a decision to undertake this nutrition (so long as you might reduce out the animal-headquartered protein, I imply).

I really wouldn't reccomend it. there are certain proteins in meat and vegetables that we do really need. As well as fruit being very high in natural sugars that could make losing wieght tough!.
