I don't, because I'm not religious. If someone sneezes in my presence I might ask them if they're ok if they sneeze more than once but other than that your sneeze will be met with a silent, yet contempt filled stare for the germs you're shooting at me.

By saying 'Bless you' it is believed that you are preventing evil spirits from entering the sufferer's body through the nostrils. I myself think that's a load of bull but I still say it! Dunno why! :)
