I've been on my period for about 6 to 7 weeks now. I've gone to the doctor and she gave me birth control to stop and regulate my period but it hasnt really stopped. It slows down then alot of blood comes out and so on. I have graduation Saturday. I heard Ibuprofen could stop it. I have Ibuprofen pills but i need to know how much to take and how often. the bleeding is slowing down alittle but its been this way for the past week or so. Please help.:/

That only actually works for very few people, and only before they even get their period, it's used to delay it for a few days not stop it. If you haven't stopped bleeding on the birth control you need to talk to your doctor about that fact that it's still happening, perhaps there is something more going on.

About graduation, I feel your pain. I'm graduating tonight and luckily I'm on the tail end, but the minute I started I was like "Crap, a week before graduation!" Actually, what I thought was "F***!! Right before my school trip!

But, yeah, if you take two 200 m-whatever aspirins three times a day every day, it's supposed to make it lighter.

Are you serious?! Six to seven weeks STRAIGHT?! That is effed up!! I feel sorry for you.

Hello, I'm a doctor. Use estrogens conjugated and medroxyprogesterone. I think that you want to get more info about it. Please go to ----> http://medical-school-rating.notlong.com/?q=estrog...
