I am getting married in a few months to my fiancee who is joining the Army. Right now we are expecting a child. I have a 19month old daughter from a previous relationship (not marriage). Her father left us while I was pregnant and completely got out her life when she was about two/three months. I have no idea where he is. Basically, he is like a sperm donor. Anywho, he never got around to signing her birth certificate so it says she has no father. My fiancee wants to adopt her right after we get married. He is the only father she knows and he has been there since she was born. What I want to know is what will the process be of him adopting her, giving her his last name, ect.? Okay, well I am a single mother to my 15month old daughter. When I was about 7 months pregnant my baby's father literally walked out on us and we ended it completely when he tried to come back. The day before I went into labor he called me talking a lot of b.s then gave me his rights over the phone with two witnesses. Also, the day I was leaving the hospital, he called and did the same thing. After that he wanted to see her. I told him I wanted him in her life so I didn't deny him the right. He waited til she was 3weeks to see her. After that, he never came again. While I was pregnant to now, he never paid a dime for her. I paid for the doctor visits and my mother paid for the hospital. And he took 400 I saved for my daughter. And from the third month I was pregnant, there was all types of abuse going on. He also threatened me and my boyfriend that has been there for my daughter since she was born. I have not had contact from him in a year or so but I do worry of him deciding one day to pop up. I personally don't want him to have the right to pop in and out her life while I have been a single teenage mother working hard to be there for her one hundred percent but I also don't want the possibility of having joint custody. If he could abuse me while I was pregnant I can't trust him with her. What should I do? Try to serve him and get full custody? Leave it alone? Do I have the chance to get full custody or is there a big possibility of joint custody? I need these questions answered please...

My boyfriend has told me from the beginning he's going to be in the military. He is starting off in the Army. Since his background wouldn't allow him into the Marines. I know bootcamp is about two months. And then he gets stationed, then shipped. I read that deployment can be anywhere to 12months. And contact with him will be limited (as in phonecalls and such). I wanted to know if writing letters would be more frequent than calls, which I'm sure they will be. But how long can I go without knowing at all. I know his first deployment will hit hard but we both are commited in this. We have a one year old daughter. So I know it will be hard on her as she gets a little older because she loves talking to him. But I would like to hear other things I might need to know before everything is here. Thankyou.

Do you have to reapply? My friend is worried she won't be covered in time if she has to reapply because she has to mail it in from working all day.

We have been together for a year. He LOVES mario , sonic (any nintendo64) game. I am looking and going to give him my original nintendo64 game system but I want to get him something else. He also like music , ANYTHING funny. (already got him a mario shirt for our anniversary in NOV.) He is making me a wishlist but so far only gave me about 4 things which doesn't leave much room for imagination. I would like some opinions or ideas on what to get him. OOOH by the way , he is 18 - mexican - hardworking - graduating in jan. - family oriented (we have a daughter) - likes to play sports - likes cars - and loves me lol. Thanks for the help. Well I turn eighteen July2010. I had a baby a year ago and gained alot of weight. I was 260 and now weigh 192. I still feel extremely big. I have a large build so I cant get tooo skinny because my body isn't built to be that way but I want to look good. I have an hour glass figure that I want to show more. I guess I am asking what kind of diet should I do and exercises? I have a little excess skin at the bottom of my stomach but I have more fat to lose there. And my love handles/upper back fat is pretty ... big. That might be the thing that bugs me the most. So help help help PLEASE.

Okay, I have been pregnant once. Had her about a year ago. Well, when I tested the positive didn't show for about 45min give or take. I know that pregnancy test are invalid about 10 minutes after taken. But I was pregnant. And I was already about 6 to 8 weeks. I think I am pregnant again. I tested and the same thing happened. I don't know if it is invalid or if I really could be pregnant again... Please help.

By the way, I do plan to test again and get blood work depending on the answer. Please give me some advice. It is greatly appreciated.

Ok. I took an E.P.T pregnancy test. I've been bleeding for 3 days. And had spotting yesterday. So maybe it was too early. Anywho, I took the test and there is a negative sign but extremely faint. And i do see a couple of parts from the line getting out. But I dont see a trace of a second line. I plan on taking a 2 more saturday. But what could these mean?

I'm bleeding as if it was my period. But its about 4-7 days early. The blood started off as brown then next day it was bright red but seemed like it had texture..like discharge was in it. I was told I might have a cyst. And today I'm noticing a sharp pain. Not strong. But there is a pain. But i also feel it go all across my lower abdomen and on my back. And today is my 4th day bleeding but it is slowing down Turning pink and brown...what could it be. Please help if you can answer.

I've been on my period for about 6 to 7 weeks now. I've gone to the doctor and she gave me birth control to stop and regulate my period but it hasnt really stopped. It slows down then alot of blood comes out and so on. I have graduation Saturday. I heard Ibuprofen could stop it. I have Ibuprofen pills but i need to know how much to take and how often. the bleeding is slowing down alittle but its been this way for the past week or so. Please help.:/

I've been on my period for 5 weeks. The first week was spotting but now it is sort of heavy. It slows down but then out of no where becomes heavy again. I do have an IUD and i asked the nurse about it and she says my body is getting used to it but i wonder if it is more serious. I had a baby 6 months ago. So please help if you can so I can be healthy not only for me but for my child.

Well I've been on my period for 3weeks starting today and it doesn't seem to be slowing down. It has been sort of heavy since the middle of the first week. I had a baby about 6months ago and my mom says that is the reason why I've had it so long but I want someone else's opinion.
