HELP!!! My account won't open!!!! WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?
i know this is kinda childish but i LOVE neopets. I tried to login yesterday but my account would not open. I forgot my password. I clicked "forgot my password" thing. and they told me that they would send me my password by email. I have been waiting for a day and it has not come yet!! I have even checked my spam folder!! It hasn't come yet!! I tried again today but it still hasn't come!!!!!! WHAT DO I DO!!! MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED!!!
ok.... i just got an email a little while ago and it was from neopets with my password. but it was for my petpet account that i just signed up for yesterday! I WANT MY REGUALR ACCOUNT!!! WAT THE **** IS GOING ON!?!

Hey,
I hate to be the one to break it to you, but NeoPets is glitchy...at best. If you're not receiving the email, it's very likely to be a mistake on their part. Keep trying, and if it doesn't work you'll have to contact customer support.
