I want to do the low side curled ponytail for them but my 3rd girl has short hair...probably to the middle of her neck. How should I do hers so she won't stand out??

You could do her hair in low curled pig tails. If she will look like a 5 year old when you do that, you could just curl her hair and keep it down. you could also try the side pony on her as well and bobby pin the hair that won't stay in. Try asking your stylist if this is no help.
