So the republicans are going to lose big if......?

I'm a conservative who's always been registered independent but I've been hearing this constant chant here lately from the left.."Republicans are going to lose big if (fill in the blank)".

So let's break this down >

Republicans are going to lose big if ..They stand up and defend innocent babies, even in the womb!

Republicans are going to lose big if..They continue to defend the constitution and the bill of rights INCLUDING the second amendment!

Republicans are going to lose big if..They speak out against a supreme court nominee who has made clearly racist statements!

Republicans are going to lose big if..They speak against and vote against TRILLIONS of dollars of new debt that will be laid on the shoulders of all our children and grand children!

Republicans are going to lose big if..They say NO we will not appease tyrants or allow unstable regimes to develop nuclear weapons to hold the world hostage or worse!

Republicans are going to lose big if..They say NO our constitution and our laws are not A SUICIDE PACT and we will not let people who wish us all dead to abuse and make a mockery of that system.

Republicans are going to lose big if..They say to immigrants..You are welcome here if you knock on the front door and ask to be invited in. Then you need to adjust to the way things are done here, not the other way around. If you do that then there's not a problem (as long as we have work for you and you're no a burden on the already overloaded system).

> So if the REP...( CONSERVATIVES ) LOSE BIG then doesn't AMERICA LOSE BIG TOO?

( round 2 for this one lol )

Update:

Thanks people, 2010 coming on fast!

I got a violation notice on round 1, but here goes-if anyone opposes Obama or any of his policies, they belong to the party of no. They do not want to work in a bipartisan fashion. They are racist, religious zealots, pro life bigots and so on and so forth. What Obama means by bipartisan is you must agree with him, his spending and liberal agenda that is demoralizing this country. There was a terrorist attack that killed one of our soldiers in this country and all the media wants to talk about is an abortion doctor. The terrorist put out a video telling Obama they hate America, and are making more threats. Korea is moving right along with its nuclear program and Iran is laughing in obama's face. He goes to the middle east to schmooze the arabs and ignores Israel. He is causing alot of animosity with the terrorists. How would he like it if the President of Iran came over here to pursuade the american voters that they should side with him and ignore our leaders? Our countries biggest enemy is Obama and his liberal administration.

I find the liberal pontification concerning Republicans too amusing. All the different labels and prognostications about the future of the party. You would think that they got 90 percent of the vote in the last election instead of 54 percent. What it really comes down is that they want Republicans to abandon their own principles and side with the Democrats. The question is why do they want this since they don't need Republicans to pass there agenda items? The answer is because the new mantra for everything is blame Republicans. The problem is that Republicans are no longer effecting policy. The Democrats are running the show and when the failures which are destined begin to occur they will not be able to blame Republicans. The Democrats own it now, both the good and the bad. From what I see this realization both titillates and scares the hell out of them at the same time. I say don't fret about about it my friend because the inevitable crash with reality they are headed for will produce it's own satisfying results.

Yes, well if it isn't in the Rules for Radicals handbook, it should be:

Kick your enemies when they appear down, after you have made a concerted effort to put them in that position.

I am not saying that Republicans are perfect, I am just saying they are a lot less worse than the media and the Democrats make them out to be.

Bush was not an ideal Republican, but he was 150% or more better person than current herr prezident.

I think that what the governors, Republican governors are doing by trying to regain some power from the Feds is a promising start, from where the other side has "positioned" us.

I was independent for years, but when I moved back to my very conservative home town, I just felt like it was the Right thing to do to register R.

With any luck, Common Sense will make a comeback.

Glen Beck is rewriting that book- it would be wise to pick up a copy when it becomes available, I sure will be.

Politics and the elected winner of every election in the free Democratic world will always have their honeymoon then the masses start to jack up to any ideas or policy that the elect may bring into the fore that they dislike.

So if a popular government elect continues in office for more than the normal say 10 years then that government elect would be considered extraordinary in their delivery of their memorandums of understanding. In other words their policies meet the expectations of the converted and mainstream electoral community at large. Of course there will always be those moderates who will swing with the tide back and forth as their whims direct.

Moreover; those who belong to the opposite side of the political agenda of the popular elect then they will always voice their concerns and disparagement towards the government elect.

For I as Drop Short will say time will tell if the government elect is any good and if not take revenge at the next election and boot those politicians as far as possible. Or I can load them into the 25 pounder breach and shot them for you.

Have a happy day out there in wonderland of politics.

Ah this be plenty big trick you play on old red man. Me think took one

two may hits on the pipe, Maybe seeing double on this question. America

loses if the Republicans, Independents, and moderate democrats don't

take back this country, We need to cripple this Socialist machine. Not just

cripple it but destroy it. And never allow it to get a foot hold again on these

shores of the United States Of America.

edit: what Canam said. Double. triple. quadruple the motion. Ring the bell the lady speaks the straight out

    honest truth.

Republicans are going to lose big if they take their campaign strategy from the left. If they do not grow a backbone and some balls and stand up for the conservative principles.

Someone else will come in and take the game away from them and it will not be the left.

It will be a new kid in town and one that the left cannot intimidate.

What opponent in the game of football would ever tell their competitor, "you keep making those firsdt downs and you're gonna lose?" Either the democrats are the most compassionate people on earth or they're the most stupid. ...or maybe it's about manipulation?

We're not going back to the days when only the rich had access to a safe abortion. But dream on if you wish.

It will be the right wings inaction to the gun problem in this country that will undo the second amendment. It would not be by the liberals as you fantasize.

Republicans make racist statements all the time. What is your point?

Getting America out of the financial hole the GOP got us in is going to take a lot of money. But don't worry, we'll tax republicans extra to alleviate it. It's the moral thing to do. I'm sure morally minded republicans agree.
