Communism.
They're communist governments.
Honestly, if you want the truth, the whole "left-right" thing doesn't actually apply outside of American governments. According to the American definition of Politics, Communism (and socialism) is to the left and Fascism is apparently to the right, despite their being conflicting political ideas.
To put it simply, no. It's just a different mode of government, one which would fail in the United States.
