The Secret Power Struggle between Administrators?

Hi, 
I own a Windows XP at home, and my brother is not supposed to use it. Somehow, though, he keeps logging on- he's downloaded many game programmes and it is just really obnoxious. I've heard about something called a "secret administrator", but the only thing I know is that he probably used that to create his own personal account ON MY COMPUTER (and i have a lot of personal stuff on my account). i know i probably won't be able to guess the username or the password, so i'm wondering if there's a way i can delete this "secret" account or change the password (or anything else that might keep him from using my computer).

Format the hard drive, reinstall XP and set the passwords this time. Use good passwords that are not just words like "gonefishing". Something like "RC456ubk" is hard to crack. There are several Windows password crackers out there but they rely on a dictionary attack. If your password isn't in the dictionary it won't get through.

There is no secret. Assuming you are an administrator start in safe mode, it should offer you the option to log in as administrator. Try it without the password. (blank) If this works go to users and set the password. If not log in as yourself and try changing the password. Make it difficult to guess, but do NOT lose it. You may need it one day if anything upsets your existing user. As long as your own password is difficult for him to guess ( take off any password hint) you could use the same password for both. Any other user would be visible in control panel/users
