Carefully cut around the water mark and then stitch in some tartan or other bright coloured material. This will make people think you've just got a cool patchwork jacket. I saw this on Blue Peter in 1978. Give it a go. Good luck.

id suggest washing it most washing machines have a programme suitable for delicates and i myself have washed dry clean only clothes in the machine and they are fine all i do is hang them up and leave to dry in doors

You should have used milk.It's ideal for pen cooking oil etc stains.Try putting
a little on with a sponge.

is it dry clean only? could you wet it all then put on plastic hanger and let hang dry
