Red/black lips, smoky eyes? or maybe go costume-y with red circle cheeks.or tiny black heart painted on cheekbone. just random ideas

Bright red lips and big eyeliner. False eyelashes. Dramatic eyeshadow. Crows eyes perhaps if you're really going for it. As for hair, maybe plaited pigtails somehow entwined with a black silky ribbon?

i would say pigie tails for a hairstyle kinda innocent looking but then offset that look with really dramatic eyeliner and red lips with black eyeshadow and false eyelashes to give you that doe eyed look
