i am traveling to india from uk in july. what i would like to know?

are the mosquito's more prevalent in the monsoon time and also, how long per day does the rain last and what is the humidity like. i am going to goa but would like to move about from there, what are travel conditions like. many thanks for your replies

i have been to india 15 or more times, travelled all over, but never in the monsoon. just some feed back on what it is like at this time

    Yes, mosquitos are more prevalent in monsoon season. However it depends where are you staying in Goa. Although I suggest carrying a mosquito repellent.

    Temperature is gonna be around - 29°C / 84°F

    Humidity is gonna be around - 80% - 85%

    You are most welcome.At present the hot weather may disturb you in many region in India.See the weather report. Visit Goa, Kasmir, Shillong and Rajastan. Then only you can feel India.Lot of travel agencies are there. you can contact from Hotel also.

    I think people visit goa to see only temple ,sea beach ,church ,good food ,fenny but real Goa lies in wild life ,There are 4 to 5 wild life sanctuaries which I am sure if you spend a night will never be forgotten
