Pros:

Cons:

Can be a little laggy at times

Keyboard takes some getting used to cuz it's so small

Carousel on the bottom of the screen never goes away

I got the black one for my BF and he loves it. it's durable, and he works outside. The only thing is that he feels left out because I got the Instinct which is touch screen. But his has a full keyboard and it's still a flip and it's pretty easy to use with a decent sized screen.

My daughter likes hers, but is tired of a flip phone because she tends to fiddle with it too much. But for quality and functionality it has been a good phone; we did take the insurance and had to trade one in because the charger input came loose.
