Is upgrading a Dell Pentium 4 3.2GHz PC worth it?

I have a Dell Dimension 5150 with a Pentium 4, 3.2GHz and 1MB RAM. Is this worth upgrading the CPU and memory.

I'm mostly using it for internet browsing, Office applications (some bigger spreadsheets) and imaging and video editing. I don't use it for gaming.

    Nuh uh...thats not possible! I believe you mean 1 GB of RAM.

    haha. Yeah it seems like a pretty worthy cause. And well, the only things you can really upgrade are the RAM and graphics card, but like you said, you dont game at all. So just bump up the RAM a bit and that'll do it. :)

    3.2 Ghz is mighty fast. yea get 4gb of memory
