Divorce is possible. You can do a service of divorce papers by publication (which can only be done if a person does not know where their spouse is....so you have no idea). It takes a little longer, but can get a legal divorce. The law library at your local superior courthouse may be able to help with documents, etc....

It should be an easy divorce. You have already been separated for 13 years. All possessions/assets are split. If you have kids together that will be a little more complicated if he wants visits and then theres child support. But it will be an easy divorce if he consents, if not u go to court and the judge grants it. There is already separation. A judge will grant your petition but u will have the waiting period before it final. No biggie. Good luck

Question is how come u didn't seek a divorce whiles he was in jail?? it could have been done during that 13years
because if u married in community of property..all the thing u have bought during that 13 years will have to be split up.
so hopefully u signed a prenup

I believe you only have to be parted for 12 months for a quickie divorce.
