What Video/Graphics Card should I get to play Sims 3 with good graphics? I've got an ATI Radeon XPress 200 Series(I looked under Display in the thing where you go to Start>Run>type dxdiag. Idk if that's old or not. The graphics are not that great(ppl's faces in public are green). If I did get a good graphics card, or whatever update I need, would it be less laggy even if I put the graphics on high?

It doesn't matter for S%$# if you have a Quad Core if the game isn't threaded for it.
Sims 3 I think only is Dual core threaded, the other 2 idle.
Your chipset supports PCI-E so go crazy, put a GTX295 in for all I care.
And yes, games get less laggy if you make your computer better.
And you better hope the board socket is LGA775 and it supports 800mhz FSB, then you can at least get an E5xxx http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Sub...
Check around Newegg for all ur computer needs.
AND DON'T FORGET TO USE THERMAL GREASE! AND MAKE SURE YOUR POWER SUPPLY CAN HANDLE THE WATTAGE!

check out cards like the hd 3850, 9600 gt, cards like that, u don't need a powerful card to run sims 3, but other things in your computer might be bottlenecking the graphic card, if u have like a dual core, 2gb memory ( ram ) u should be ok, or even a quad core that would be great, but if u have a single core processor and 1gb memory ( ram ) or less the game won't run, hope this helps, for cheap graphic cards check out newegg.com they r cheap and reliable, good luck, have fun playing lol

Your computer doesnt have a dedicated GPU (graphic card)... Intel doesnt make graphic card... Its built in the cpu... If te game dnt let u in because the graphic card... I doubt u can play it in this laptop because u cant change graphic card on laptops....
