Can I mail in my Ca unemployment claim early?

The form says to mail in on Sunday, which then doesnt get into the mail till Monday, and finally receiving the check the following Saturday.

Is it ok to send in the claim form on Saturday (a day early) in hopes to receive a day early or will EDD reject it? Thanks.

    You won't know yet on Saturday if you have worked on Saturday or landed a job, you must wait until the week is over.
