If you're asking if you can take a home office deduction for your car, no, but you can deduct mileage.

Try to explore further on nursing military career. You will have a great chance traveling (not necessary on war front). A lot of US army base abroad the country. State of California law allows military corpsmen to take the national exam for RN licensure without the need for any further formal education if they have completed RN level education and clinical experience while serving as a part of the armed forces.

As for mileage, if you visit more than one client in one day, your first trip of the day and the last trip of the day are called commuting and aren't deductible. If you keep meticulous records, the remaining mileage is deductible.
You cannot call your car or your home your office to get around the commuting definition.

No, the hospital, nursing home is your place of employment. You will have a hard case proving that you have a home office.
