Pokemon diamond and platinum GTS help?

I get on gts and sometimes it freezes (the clock thing disappears) if I get past that (rarely) then when I get to checking GTS status it goes on for ever (if it works it goes away in 2 seconds), once I left it for 20 mins next to my router and it stayed like that. If I get past that (rarely) I move to the option screen If I click on search pokemon when i search rarely will the clock not move for 10 mins. straight till I turn off. if that works then I select to trade, it rarely works.

Or if I select Deposit pokemon after i deposit it will stay suck forever

So after 25 times it works to deposit a pokemon and 35 to find a pokemon to trade- all of my friends have this problem when they come to my house but not when we go battle downstairs in the poke center

The same problem happens with all of my games

Tell me how to solve this problem or what product to buy to stop this annoying problem

And my wi fi things all work when I go to my friends house
