I am marinating beef for Korean BBQ Beef tonight. What should I make with it?
I have:
thin vermicelli rice noodles
white rice
mushrooms
snow peas
shredded carrots
green onions
The beef is sliced thin and marinating in a marinade I made with:
soy sauce
brown sugar
mirin
sesame oil
chopped garlic
minced ginger
honey
green onion
and a couple T of sweet regular BBQ Sauce

you should make white rice to go with the beef.. and also slicing green onions and cooking them with the beef is really good! if you have an onion, that will work too. also you can buy kimchi at a korean grocery store if you want to make it a traditional korean dinner..

I would serve them in lettuce wraps made with Boston Bipp or Butter lettuce leaves.
Also you need some dipping sauces. Here is one:
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
2 Tablespoons water
1 Teaspoon sugar
Mix in a bowl and serve at room temperature
* you can make different variations of sauces to suit your tastes. You can add red pepper flakes or minced garlic .
You can also buy ssamjang and Kimchi at a good Korean grocery store if you are not sure how to make it . Personally i like to make my own sauces etc. I think you already have enough with the noodles and rice but that is up to you.
