I want to be able to take pictures with my digital camera and see the shot on my computer monitor.

I have a Nikon.

I just started dating this guy about a month ago. We've been on 5 or 6 dates and it is going GREAT! We like each other a lot and plan on continuing to date. His birthday is next week. And god, why does a birthday have to come right when we just started dating?

I am usually very THOUGHTFUL with gifts, so nothing too common.

He likes Best Buy, but I'm not about to give him a Best Buy Gift Cert.

I'm so heartbroken and devastated.

My boyfriend and I of 4 years just decided it was best to end things. We've lived together for 2 years and have had a long, loving, fun and joyful relationship. Seldom fought. Great times.

I am 30 and he is 31 now.

But the second I seriously brought up our future, marriage and family, he turned Stone Cold and does not want that (he says doesn't want it at all) now. He won't talk to me and acts like everything is totally and completely fine.

I have to find a new home, I have 2 cats from this relationship, not to mention financial stuff.

I'm falling apart and need some good ole advice on how to move on?

I'm having a big, fun game party at my home in a few weeks. A few girls are bringing some tapas-style appetizers to share, but I'm making most of the food. I want to make about 3 or 4 appetizers for the party, but have it be enough to feed about 20 people. Not fill them up, but just appetizers. Vote for what you'd like to see there!

*There will be a lot of vegetarians there, but not all vegetarians.

IDEAS:

1) Mussels with white wine, bleu cheese and crusty bread

2) Indian Curry with tofu and peas, naan, and rice

3) Medjool Dates with goat cheese and almonds

4) Chicken kebabs with morrocan spiced cous cous

5) Veggie Platter with bean dip (hummus, foul maddras)

6) Cheeses, strawberries, grapes, crackers

7) A mushroom pasta, served family style

8) Pizza served on a wood board, thin, with some kind of fun toppings, unique

9) ??? your idea

I have to feed 15 hungry runners on a BUDGET. I already have 1 lb. ground beef and 2 lbs. ground Jenni O turkey.

Would it be OK to mix the two for a nice, meaty sauce for the pasta?

I made a sauce for a chilled chicken salad (the salad has chunk chicken, celery, grapes, golden raisins, red onion, and a bit of chopped walnut).

I made a curry sauce from plain yogurt, curry powder, turmeric, mango chutney and some honey...but it tastes BAD. Gritty from the spices and sour from the chutney. Ick.

What is a NEW RECIPE for another curry sauce?

I make this Mexican Alfredo Sauce for over pasta with thinly sliced bell peppers, some jalapenos, chicken and chopped cilantro. But, I'm looking for ways to improve it.

What would you do?

No pesto, bruschetta, caprese, or pasta please!

I don't really like turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, hot turkey sandwiches. Or, I'm just not in the mood for that.

What ELSE can I do with it?

Something tasty and creative!

I have:

thin vermicelli rice noodles

white rice

mushrooms

snow peas

shredded carrots

green onions

The beef is sliced thin and marinating in a marinade I made with:

soy sauce

brown sugar

mirin

sesame oil

chopped garlic

minced ginger

honey

green onion

and a couple T of sweet regular BBQ Sauce

Those taste of thai sauces in the grocery are too runny and also not very flavorful.

I want to make more of an INDIAN curry sauce anyway.

Suggestions???

I'm not rich, so I can't use rib eye or filet.

I want to marinate in soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, garlic, ginger, etc. and grill.

I was thinking london broil?

I can't find "flank steak" anywhere near my home, in the groceries here.
