I also want to make CURRY PIZZA. But, I can't think of what to use for the sauce.?

Those taste of thai sauces in the grocery are too runny and also not very flavorful.

I want to make more of an INDIAN curry sauce anyway.

Suggestions???

Toast 2 tablespoons curry powder in a pan, add 1 can coconut milk, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper. Let the sauce reduce then add the juice of half a lemon. This sweet and spicy sauce is really tasty.

Buy a concentrated madras sauce (one that you usually have to add water to - pataks is good) and spread this over the base. Then get some cooked chicken and dip each piece in the curry sauce before placing onto the pizza, add onions and green peppers and pop in the oven and voila!

The only one that looks like you could use it on pizza is the first one. I guess you can probably add more tomato paste to make it more like pizza sauce. I gave you a few choices.

    we just made taco pizza

    it was yum

for this we used soya mince but you could use beef etc

cant you make the topping curry flavour instead?

or instead make your sauce and thicken it quite a bit by adding cornflour

add what ever flavourings you want to and hey presto
