"SPICY MEXICAN ALFREDO SAUCE" How would you make it? Make up a recipe that sounds really good.?

I make this Mexican Alfredo Sauce for over pasta with thinly sliced bell peppers, some jalapenos, chicken and chopped cilantro. But, I'm looking for ways to improve it.

What would you do?

Add chipotle chili peppers to the sauce towards the end. Use the peppers that come in adobo sauce, the brand I get is Herdez. You should be able to get them almost anywhere these days.

Be cautious, because the peppers can be hot. You can take the seeds out or even just use the sauce they come in. Once you have used what you want (which wont be that much) you can put the leftovers in a glass jar and cover with olive oil. Put in the fridge and it will keep for a few weeks.

I have this recipe at home (it is a replica of Olive Garden's Alfredo sauce) and it is SO good! Enjoy! Olive Garden's Alfredo Sauce Ingredients 1 pint heavy cream 8 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened) 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and Pepper to taste Directions In a saucepan, combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer this until all is melted and mixed well. Add the parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer this for 15 - 20 minutes on low. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve over fettucine pasta.

Add some cumin, chili powder, and mexican oregano to the sauce.

or you could add some taco seasoning.
