Czech vs Russian surplus 7.62x54R?
Ok here's the deal, me and one of my friends ordered 2 tins of 80's light ball Russian ammo. I already have about 500rd of CZ (open tin) so should I just give my friend 440 of CZ light ball for the sealed 440rd tin of Russian? They are both 80's copper washed light ball and he don't care either way. I have shot both (PSL) but I never put both on paper to see which is best. I like the fact the Russian is sealed (good for hard times) but I know the CZ shoots good.I don't shoot much surplus because I'm to lazy to clean everything with water! In your opinion which is better? Thanks

CZ stuff is better. Ive found it shooths better at long ranges but otherwise there isnt much difference. By long range i mean 500m with a PU scope.

I would say to just keep the CZ stuff, I've seen and heard that, quality wise, it's a little better.
