You need to remove the chip that it was hacked with. Which isn't possible since it should be soldered in place. You wouldn't be able to remove all traces of it and you certainly wouldn't be able to reinstall it unless you got a new chip.

If you soft modded it, delete the the illegal channels, uninstall the CIOS, and format the memory. I dont know what else would be left. If modded with chip, then remove it. It's possible.

if it was softmodded remove the homebrew channel and run cios uninstaller
