You have the right to your opinion, just as any right thinking person is free to think your opinion reflects quite negatively upon you. The people you hear about going to jail for wearing Nazi uniforms are violating the law in their countries. While it is very much frowned upon in the United States, it is not illegal. The UK, Germany and many other states consider Nazi regalia contrary to public taste and government policies.

Nobody has gone to jail for "Nazi marking" unless you mean they've gone to jail for defacing public property, such as by painting swastikas on a synagogue or a school. That's very definitely against the law.
You have a right to say you like Hitler. I have a right to tell you you're an idiot for saying so. That's the wonderful thing about living in this country.

It's kind of racist to most of the world out there see'ing what he did, then again why would anyone want to like him after what he done? I mean Nazi flags are leagle to be sold in the UK and US as far as i know but banned in countrys that were invaded.
Do you like hitler and his ways?

Gunnar, freedom of speech laws do not apply to privately-owned places like your living room. This includes places which are open to the public but privately owned, such as stores and restaurants.
Yahoo is privately owned and they can legally silence any opinion they don't care to hear.

Well you can go to jail for hate crime. If you are trying to incite violence then that is a crime. That's why the police have to guard KKK member or else they would be murdered. Believe or not, some KKK still have marches.
