Does rested exp stack on WoW?

Because i've been in Orgrimaar on my Shaman for about 3 years. Will that leave me rested till like lvl 80?

    From what I know, its only 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 levels at the most. Just get the BoA shoulders and weapon for your shaman if you want to start playing him again. :)

    It does, but I think there's a limit to how much it builds up.

    It does but it stops at 1.5 levels
