What are logarithmic tables.?

    they were books that mathematicians and engineers used to pour over for hours and hours to figure out calculations. This was of course before the advent of the calculator.

    Basically when they needed a log of a certain number with a certain base, they could look it up. They were very inefficient.

    write you question on google and you should get something there, i don't know but google usually knows stuff like that
