Ladies, any recommendations for a good but cheap haircut? if yes, how much, stylist name & salon name please?

I am interested in getting a layered cut that is shoulder length to give my thin straight hair some texture. Nothing weird. Hoping to spend $20 or less. I am on a budget. I live in Toronto.

    Get a comb, wet your hair and comb it ourwards, the higher you go, the shorter the top layer will be.
