Pay pal limited my account HELP!?
I have a payment that i need to pay tomorrow ASAP.. and paypal limited my account.. i did steps 1&2 and when i do step 3 to confirm my address it takes me to the page to add a debit/credit card, and when I finally enter the number i get the following message " Your account is limited cant add a card please click here to fix this problem" and it takes me back to the same steps again and I get the same message again!
So what am i supposed to do?? Im so sick and tired of paypal! it always gives me trouble.. please help.

Most PayPal accounts have a limit for unverified accounts. Are you verified with PayPal?
If you are not verified, get verified, add a bank account to your PayPal account, after they make their two small deposits into your bank account, you log back in to your PayPal account and enter the two amounts, if they are correct you get verified.
You could also write to PayPal and ask them why you keep getting taken back to the same page when it will not let you do anything. It could be a glitch in their system causing the problem for you.
If this payment you have to make is to a seller on eBay. Please write to them and tell them your having a problem before they file a Non Paying bidder dispute with eBay against you and leave you Neg feedback.
