O% transfer credit cards - do you then lose the card you are transferring the debt from?

If I swap the debt on my Barclaycard to Virgin O% in order to pay it off, do I then lose the Barclaycard?

Nope. Not unless you close the Barclay card.

All you transfer is how ever much balance you want, doesn't need to be all of it.

You can then spend more money on the barclay card, then open another 0% card and transfer that. (Don't do this or you'll get even more in debt)

No you wont loose your barclay card.

A word of warning, do not put any purchases on your virgin credit card if you have a 0% as these will incur interest and it is the balance you pay off last.

If you need to make any purchases use your Barclay card.
