Cooking a beef casserole with oxo concentrate?

Sounds like oven stew. Just brown onions, garlic, celery and meat in the bottom of your Dutch oven (frying pan if you don't have one). Put all into oven pot. Add veggies and make enough oxo to cover vegetables. Put the lid on and cook at 325 for 4-5hrs.. I sprinkle the cubes of meat with flour to aid in thickening the juices. Hope this is what you're looking for. Add salt and pepper to taste, maybe throw in a bay leaf. It depends on your tastes.
