I need help finding sources for this debate?

I'm doing a Lincoln Douglass on whether or not it's okay for employers to reduce pay or benefits based upon one's health choices and therefore the cost to insure them as a fringe benefit. Unfortunately, no matter how I Google it, I keep getting nothing back. There is almost nothing on this topic. Can anyone help me find sources? And please don't tell me to Google it because people who do that are lazy and simply want free points.
