The probation officer will continue to come as long as that is the address on fine at the office. Once they are kicked out permanently by a court order, you will be fine. Until then, and as long as you are still married your spouse still has an interest in your house, and so will the probation office.

They might stop by especially if it's still an address that your significant other uses. If they do stop by don't stress over it. If you kick out your husband/wife etc and intend to file for divorce just let the P.O. know when and if they come over. A good probation officer is going to be concerned about the happenings in a violators life, even a divorce because it can lead a person to do crazy things sometimes and act out so don't be surprised if you file for divorce and the PO keeps in contact with you for your well being as well (especially depending on the original charges).

They will still come, unless the person on probation has informed them of his/her current address. Any change in address is required, as part of the probation, to be turned into the probation officer. If they come to your address to see them, and you inform them that you threw them out, the probation officer will file a report indicating that the person on probation has violated their probation by not filing a change of address report.
Will they go back to jail over this? Probably not, unless there are other mitigating circumstances.

Once the probation office is informed that the probationer is no longer residing at that address they will have no reason to continue coming to your home.
