Breaking News:Manchester United have sold Epl 2009-2010 to Madrid?
I was wondering who would score from freekicks from now on? or who will score the ronaldo's share of 25-30 odd goals for Manchester United. Who in the current team do you think will replace Cr7 ?or who will they need to buy to replace cr7?
I can't wait for the next season to begin.
and you expect Benzema to score 25 odd goals in the very first season? I doubt Ribery would join Manchester United.
@Dr Bad: You just proved my point.. After how many years did Manu win after they sold Ruud van ?

If CR7 leaves.. united will score more than the 25-30 they score usually with him
but.. what does he have left to prove at United?
with him in the team United have won Community Shield, Club World Cup, Carling Cup, FA Cup, Premier League, Champions League.. only the UEFA Cup is not on that list
I think it is time to let him go and use the money to get someone else in and make him do everything again

Ferguson allowed Beckham, Cantona, Van Nistelrooy, Stam, Hughes, Ince and many more to quit Old Trafford, most at the top of their game. They always keep winning things and replacing the stars with new ones. Soon somebody will be wearing their number 7 shirt, and he'll be equally iconic. Sometimes he makes a few less than impressive signings, but he makes his fair share of great ones too.

i think your statement is absolutely correct, unless there are wholesale changes at united this summer, they need to cut away some of the excess flab, sell: park, berbatov, carrick, campbell, gibson
buy: ribery, huntelaar, benzema and possibly valencia (im not conviced he is anywhere close to ronaldo- never will be) if not valencia, then lennon or at a stretch theo walcott or find another winger who can be developed and is willing to stay at united until the end... other than that i think you are right... oh and also keep tevez

Benzema will come , and Tevez will stay , and Ribery will come also, and Valencia.
Torres scored over 30 in his first season, with Benzema it is possible, Ribery might come depending on what Madrid do, if he doesn't go to Madrid , he will go to United

man utd are going to have to change their style of play now, which could work you for the best but then again it might not work out at all...
