Almay is a dermatologist makeup choice for not clogging pores. They sell a concealer that is much like foundation but not as heavy and great for under the eyes. Hope this helps!

Before you even put any type of make-up on, try sticking a silver spoon in the freezer and letting it turn cold then place under your eye rocking it up and down. That should lower a little of the appearance of your bags. Hope this helps!
