Looking for iPod Speakers?

I am looking for a very specific iPod speakers. I don't know if it even exists...

I would like the following features:

-Speakers (obviously haha)

-Dock/Charger

-Radio

-CD Player

-Remote

-AC plug in

-Clock

-Alarm

I would like it to be fairly small, not tiny just not boom box size...

My price range is $0-$110
