    Whether your at the gym or home. Get some weight in each hand and lay down on a bench. Reach for the sky and slowly bring down the weights too your chest. Do this 10 times rest and 3 x10 times more.

    When your done stretch your arms, laying down, with weight in hands and the simulate a straight arm clapping of both hands. Do this 4x10. The do as many push ups.

    Good ole fashion push ups! Don't cost you nothing and you don't need any special equipment. Do them every other day so you don't get burned out.
