The Lord won't answer when you call but He's always on time?

Where did this come from and is there a bible verse about this?

Hmm, the Ashanti & Ja Rule song comes to mind.

    "Always on Time"

'Baby, I'm not always there when you call, but I'm always on time

And I gave you my all, now baby be mine' (x2)

No, there is NO bible verse for this. You must have confused scripture with this song. And it wouldn't make sense for God NOT to answer when you call but He's always on time. Ha, that's a funny thought.

It's a lovely thought - and the idea is certainly scriptural - but there is no such direct quote in scripture.
