Strut is leaking, do I need to stop using car?

A month ago I had my mechanic put 4 new Monroe Sensatrac struts on my 2001 Corolla. They've been great, but today one of them started making a clicking sound over small bumps, and I can see a bunch of dark grease clinging to the bottom of the strut. I can get the strut replaced for free, but not for a week. Is it okay to drive the car in the meantime? I can tolerate the sound.

just make sure the strut has not come lose the other thing it could be is the CV joint has failed the grease could be from the CV boot it self assuming the grease is coming from the front of the car.
