i want to lose 10 pounds and my problem area is my stomach. any tips/suggestions?

any food/excercise tips are appreciated.

btw im 4' 10'' and 100 pounds...currently hate my weight and appearance

    The best remedy for your problem is Exercise. Keep in mind the saying "No pain, no gain"! For reducing fat start a strict routine.

    Exercises: Make a habit of getting up early and go for jogging!

    Don't just walk , Run in a full stretch... that will make u sweat heavily and you'll be toast! But this is the only and best way to burn fat.

    Start doing Abdominal crunches , google it for details.

    Food: Avoid high calorie stuff and take more of green Vegetable food.

    Every morning after getting up take a warm glass of water a table spoon of honey n some lemon stirred in it. This will help burn fat faster...

    And try to keep yourself active throughout the day. This remedy wont do a magic but you will love the results in a month or so.
