you might not be able to, depending on your hair texture. some people's hair textures don't end up looking the same when they try cutting it like a celebrity's hair style. If you hair is naturally curly then you'll have to straighten it. but if you have the same hair as him then basically ask your hair stylist to trim it in the front and sweep your hair to the side.
