It has nothing to do with your internet conection what so ever.
It will make heavy graphic games go faster or speed up any other kind of graphical action, such as photoshop modifications.

No it will not. At least not anything you'll notice. If you want any videos (or any files) to load faster on your computer, consider cleaning up your current hard drive or buying a bigger/faster hard drive. Also the CPU has to do with how fast videos are loaded also. If you mean videos loading from the internet, it depends on your internet connection/speed. By saying that you have "enough" ram, do you mean that you have as much ram as your motherboard/os allows. Or do you mean you think you have enough ram? The more the better. Also when choosing out memory, make sure to check their speeds.

No, a video card will not in any way make a file download faster. A Video card is for displaying better images, movies, and games. It will not affect the performance of your internet speed.

It only speeds up graphics. Like games and video. It won't make your internet connection faster.

no, it just lessens the strain put on the processor by graphic intensive games/apps/what ever
