Is it real that anyone who takes a bath without sleep will have negative effects on his/her body?
On my case, whenever I take a bathe without sleep, I end up having a bad case of bowel.

No, it isn't a "real" problem but it could indicate a secondary problem that you might want to address.
Be careful, (very careful actually), on getting medical advise here. There will be many postings from well intended people who could give you bad advise that could affect your health.
