    put the y's and x's on differents sides of the <.

    2y<1-6x

    y<(1-6x)(1/2)

    this is called an inequality, not an equation. it represents everything under the line

    y =(1-6x)(1/2).

    for x>-3, draw a verticle line at x=-3

    This inequality represents everyting to the left of this.
