How can I get a Totodile, Cindaquil, or Bulbasaur in Pokemon Pearl?

How can I get one of those three pokemon in pearl without migrating or trading? Because I gotta Charmander in Pearl by Breeding so ya.

    Besides cheating no other way unless there is a pokemon event on WIFI or at toys r us. Also for bulbasaur there is a way to get an 'invisible shiny bulbasuar' through an odd glitch.

    You have to migrate or trade. You cannot catch them in D/P/Pl.
